NO ARMOUR · The Work · with Shane Lowe

The next chapter won't write itself.

The podcast is the honest conversation. The Work is what you do on Monday morning. Mentorship and a practical structure for people rebuilding, recalibrating, or just done pretending they're fine.

No guru. No guarantees. Just the work.

If this sounds familiar

Doing well. Feeling stuck. Both can be true.

01

“I know what to do. I just keep not doing it.”

02

“Everyone sees the capable version. I'm tired of keeping it up.”

03

“I've been through a lot. I want it to mean something.”

You don't have to explain your whole life today. Start with the part you're ready to work on.

01 / The approach

You're not starting from nothing. You're starting from experience.

You can be capable, ambitious and doing fine on paper — and still know something has to change.

Maybe you're rebuilding after a setback. Maybe you've lost the plot a bit. Maybe the same habits keep following you into every new chapter. The starting point is an honest look at where you are, what matters, and what you're actually prepared to do differently.

The podcast asks what broke, what truth you had to face, and how you rebuilt. The Work is for that last bit.

02 / Choose where to begin

Different starting points. Work that meets you there.

01 / Find your footing

The Reset

For when everything's noisy and you need one clear next move.

  • Take stock of the chapter you're in
  • Work out what actually needs your attention
  • Pick one priority you can hit

02 / Build consistency

The Rebuild

For when you know what needs to change, but follow-through keeps slipping.

  • Turn intentions into weekly actions
  • Build routines that fit the life you've got
  • Review, adjust, go again

03 / Move with intention

The Next Chapter

For when you're ready to move forward with more purpose and direction.

  • Get clear on what matters now
  • Connect ambition to daily choices
  • Define the next milestone worth chasing

03 / Your starting point

Where are you really at?

Three questions. You get a suggested pathway and a seven-day plan. No score, no label, no email required.

Your answers stay on this page. Nothing is saved or sent. This is a reflection tool, not a clinical assessment.

04 / The process

Honest work. A clear structure.

01

Face it

Name what's happening and what you can influence. Start with the version you'd usually edit out.

02

Choose it

Agree on one priority that matters, the support you need, and what progress looks like.

03

Practise it

Turn the goal into small actions you can repeat in the life you actually have.

04

Review it

Look at what happened, learn from what didn't work, and pick the next step.

Your mentor / Shane Lowe

I know the build. And the rebuild. Twice.

I've built companies from nothing, lost everything, slept rough, built again, and watched ego take it apart a second time. I'm not a therapist and I'm not a guru. I'm someone who's done the rebuilding the hard way and can help you skip some of the dumber bits.

“You don't need a more polished version of yourself. You need a more honest starting point.”

One connected world

The conversation. The practice. The next step.

Before you begin

A few straight answers.

Who is this for?

People who want practical support with direction, habits, accountability or a period of change. Your circumstances and goals decide whether mentorship is the right fit — and I'll tell you straight if it isn't.

What does mentorship actually involve?

The first conversation covers your goals, what you're up against and what kind of support you want. Format, frequency, boundaries and fees are agreed before anything is paid. The pathways here are a framework, not fixed packages.

Is this therapy?

No. This is personal development and practical action. It isn't diagnosis, counselling or clinical treatment. If you need that, please work with a qualified health professional — our support links are on the How We Handle Difficult Stories page.

How much does it cost?

Pricing isn't published yet. Enquire and we'll talk fit, availability and scope. You'll see any offer in writing before you decide.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Anyone who guarantees your results is selling something. Change depends on your circumstances, your decisions and consistent effort.

Your next chapter starts here

You don't need the perfect story. Just a starting point.

Tell me what you're working through and what you'd like to change. It gets read by a human — me — usually with a coffee. First step is a conversation about whether mentorship fits.
